This exciting cycling holiday is awaiting you with a lot Northern Europe has to offer: Explore both capital cities Stockholm and Copenhagen, as well as car metropolis Gothenburg. Cycle along the Kattegatt route along the wonderful West Coast and Sweden’s first national bike path till Falkenberg. Most of the times water is accompanying you and of course there is a lot to explore - UNESCO world cultural heritage palace Drottningholm, the archipelago of Gothenburg, great nature reserves, culinary highlights as well as Copenhagen, nordic noble as always and bike city par excellence. So have some nice bike holidays in Sweden and Denmark.

Day 1: Arrival to Stockholm
Take your first stroll through Sweden’s capital and explore some of the many sights and tourist attractions. In the evening a welcome briefing and bike fitting (if booked) takes place.
Day 2: UNESCO world heritage castle Drottningholm ~ 50 km
Along Lake Mälaren, Sweden's third largest lake, you cycle to the island of Lovön where the UNESCO World Heritage Drottningholm Castle awaits you. Take your time to admire the beautiful lakeside building and visit the exotic little "China Castle", the castle theatre and the wonderful castle park. Over bridges and along the water cycle on to Södermalm. The former working-class district is now inhabited by hipsters and designers. On this stage, you will also pass the old town of Gamla Stan with its cobbled alleyways, crooked houses and inviting cafés. Overnight stay in Stockholm
Day 3: Södertälje > Gothenburg, by train
The early bird catches the worm - at 8.30am you take the express train to Gothenburg, where you will be around lunch time. In the afternoon you will have enough time to explore Gothenburg. Discover Sweden's second-largest city from the water during a boat tour, visit the harbour with its walk-in historic ships, the Maritiman experience museum is also worth a visit. Take a walk along the boulevard Kungsportsavenyn. Garden lovers can visit the Trädgårdsföreningen Park, and art lovers can visit the Gothenburg Art Museum.
Day 4: Gothenburg > Kungsbacka, ~40 or 65 km
While cycling out of town you pass Särö, the former playground of the ancient royal family and Gothenburg high society. Cliffs, lush forests, bays and marinas line your path. In the late afternoon you reach Kungsbacka, a cozy small town with impressing old city.
Day 5: Kungsbacka > Varberg, ~60 or 75 km
Enjoy the breathtaking views on today’s route along horse farms and fields, additionally the Li burial ground with its more than 100 stone megaliths is worth to see. Once you reach Åsa the sea is accompanying you again and leading you to Varberg. Visit the fortress with its Bockstensmann, a medieval man’s body found from the 14th century (not included).
Day 6: Varberg > Falkenberg > Helsingborg, ~40 km
Look forward to picturesque fishing villages and handicraft. In Träslövsläge you can feast on freshly cooked lobsters and stroll through the older parts of the city. You continue to Falkenberg, one of the oldest cities in the area. Afterwards you go by train within 90 minutes to Helsingborg (not included) where you stay overnight.
Day 7: Helsingborg > Helsingor > Copenhagen, ~55 km
After breakfast the ferry (~70 SEK/person, not included) brings you in just 20 minutes to Helsingør which means you have reached Danish territory. Take your time to stroll through the picturesque harbor city and visit palace Kronoberg before you continue along beautiful sandy beaches, wonderful landscapes and magnificent smelling forests to pulsating capital city of Denmark.
Day 8: Departure from Copenhagen
After breakfast your tour ends in Copenhagen. We are happy to extend your holidays with extra nights.
