With this declaration we inform you about data protection relevant aspects as well as about the measures used to protect your rights.  FB France Bike GmbH – Germany complies with the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU Data Protection Ordinance (EU-DSGVO) or GDPR in place since May 2018. Any omission or error in interpretation of this legislation is involuntary.

1. Collection and use of personal data

We store your data as long as the purpose of storage is maintained (inquiries, projects, contracts, etc.). Should the purpose cease to apply or you withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted during the regular deletion run, provided that no legal retention periods have to be observed.
